Ter um papel ativo na sociedade est\u00e1 no gene do Centro de Medicina Integrativa, Dra. Ana Moreira. \u00c9 para n\u00f3s fundamental contribuir, ainda que \u00e0 nossa escala, para o equil\u00edbrio da sociedade onde estamos inseridos porque acreditamos que todos podemos fazer a diferen\u00e7a e mudar o mundo onde vivemos. Recolhemos mensamente, aquando das nossas Palestras, contributos que posteriormente distribu\u00edmos por institui\u00e7\u00f5es de solidariedade social. Alimentos infantis perec\u00edveis (papas), artigos de mercearia seca (arroz, esparguete, leguminosas, etc.), fraldas, roupas, brinquedos ou livros s\u00e3o sempre muito bem vindos tamb\u00e9m nas nossas instala\u00e7\u00f5es no Porto. Estamos em contacto permanente com algumas institui\u00e7\u00f5es da cidade do Porto. Se conhece alguma institui\u00e7\u00e3o que gostaria de ver ajudada entre pf em contacto connosco para que nos possamos organizar e avaliar como poderemos concretizar essa ajuda.\u00a0Juntos somos mais a fazer a diferen\u00e7a. Medita\u00e7\u00e3o Grupal<\/span><\/i><\/div>

Sempre que nos \u00e9 poss\u00edvel organizamos uma medita\u00e7\u00e3o grupal gratuita e acess\u00edvel a todos os interessados. Durante estas sess\u00f5es aprendemos a meditar tendo uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o dispon\u00edvel ao longo de toda a sess\u00e3o. Sempre que participar nas nossas medita\u00e7\u00f5es pedimos pf que chegue com 10 minutos de anteced\u00eancia, porque a medita\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ar\u00e1 \u00e0s 21H00 em ponto, n\u00e3o sendo permitido entradas de participantes ap\u00f3s esta hora.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>

Grupos de Auto-Ajuda<\/span><\/i><\/div>

Necessitamos da sua ajuda para nos ajudar a ajudar outros. Abrimos as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para volunt\u00e1rios dos grupos de auto-ajuda a iniciar em setembro de 2015. Ser\u00e3o grupos de auto-ajuda e desenvolvimento pessoal conduzidos pela Dra. Ana Moreira.\u00a0Estes grupos ser\u00e3o abertos a todos os nossos utentes, independemente da patologia. Est\u00e1 previsto uma reuni\u00e3o com todos uma vez por m\u00eas orientada pela Dra. Ana Moreira. Inicialmente haver\u00e1 apenas um s\u00f3 grupo. \u00c0 posteriori pretendemos estruturar v\u00e1rios grupos mais pequenos com a ajuda de volunt\u00e1rios.
