Posteriormente, ser\u00e1 facultado ao interessado um relat\u00f3rio\/diagn\u00f3stico pr\u00e9vio do estudo realizado que inclui uma mem\u00f3ria descritiva.<\/p><p><br \/><strong>Segunda consulta presencial<\/strong><br \/>Remedia\u00e7\u00e3o\/neutraliza\u00e7\u00e3o, no local, das geopatias ou anomalias existentes no terreno, habita\u00e7\u00e3o ou espa\u00e7o comercial e acompanhamento dos residentes em termos bioenerg\u00e9ticos.<br \/>A 1\u00ba fase do estudo corresponde a uma abordagem inicial que poder\u00e1 dispensar a 2a fase. Se a situa\u00e7\u00e3o encontrada na 1\u00aa fase for inconsequente ou imposs\u00edvel de remediar, o estudo n\u00e3o avan\u00e7a para a fase seguinte.<br \/>A 1\u00aa fase \u00e9 realizada online utilizando instrumentos radiest\u00e9sicos e aplica\u00e7\u00f5es inform\u00e1ticas<br \/>(Google Maps, Google Earth, Dados do Centro de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Geoespacial do Ex\u00e9rcito) na perspetiva de dete\u00e7\u00e3o inicial dos pontos de nocividade para a sa\u00fade humana. O estudo,<br \/>realizado sobre a planta 1:100 (se facultada) e incluindo uma mem\u00f3ria descritiva, ser\u00e1 enviado por email ao interessado.
